Gibson Custom Landscape did everything a company should do. They responded quickly after leaving a voice message, provided a bid to build a 60′ retaining wall within two days, as promised. The costs were competitive and fair. Gibson Landscape was busy, as all good landscape companies are, but were able to work our project in and completed the work within the one month window they promised. James Gibson fulfilled his word in all areas and the finished project looked GREAT!! I found James to be the real deal, with integrity, honesty, and a sense of pride of his workers and the work they do! The quality and precision James and his people provided was over the top excellent. One can say a small company is only as good as the workers employed….well I can honestly say this is a hard working, knowledgeable, friendly group of guys, providing a great finished product and built the “right” way. We are delighted with the finished product and highly recommend Gibson Custom Landscape for your landscape needs. We were so impressed we have hired them to do additional landscaping work in the immediate future!!

Gibson Landscaping has dedication, integrity and honesty. One would think that these three simple attributes should be a prerequisite in being a landscaper in Tuolumne County. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

If you do not believe me then try getting someone to come out and give you a bid for a job. May I suggest flipping a coin to see if the landscaper will come out to bid, show up on time or present you with an acceptable quote for your job. I even had one person do some weed whacking on the front of my home in Mill Villa and never come back to get paid. He did such a lame job that I was debating whether to even pay him.

Not so with James from Gibson Landscaping. James is as honest as the day is long. I watched him finish a job on Sunday morning for the pool at Mill Villa. He was so dedicated that he had to bring along his family as they were going to a function after. How many people would show up Sunday morning to finish a job? Not many in Tuolumne County, if you ask me.

So get your bid request in as soon as possible because we all know that the “good ones,” get swamped every year. I am going to have James bid me on a couple of small jobs and one big one for this winter, spring, season. Why would I get him to come out early? Because I know he will honor his verbal contract.
